Revive Gretty once again

Hey akhikhl and Gradle Maintainers and community,

It seems Gretty development has stalled again. I think at the beginning of 2017, Andrey was talking about maybe turning Gretty over to a committee for ongoing development. Gradle Maintainers, could you help organize and lead this transition?

Gretty is in the process of being revived in https://github.com/gretty-gradle-plugin/gretty

Jdk9, gradle and spring problems has already been solved. Feel free to (re)submit pull requests there!
