Gretty 2.0.0 released

Dear colleagues,
I just released Gretty 2.0.0. It features compatibility with Gradle 4.0, support of Jetty 9.4, SpringBoot 1.5.4, some improvements and bug fixes.
You can find Gretty in sources at https://github.com/akhikhl/gretty. Gretty artifacts are freely available at jcenter, maven central and gradle plugins portal.
