Plugin needs approve again? Why?

Hi,

My plugin was once approved and now I see that it again in the state “Pending approval”. Why?!

p.s. I assume its a result of my actions, I delete the initial snapshot version of the plugin… but I still did not get why that triggers the “pending approval” status. Another newer version of the plugin was published.

A common reason is if the group of the plugin changes, then we need to approve it again.
