Where to report (or create a PR) a documentation update?

Hi,

In the page Handling versions which change over time

the link to the snapshot version must be changed from
https://maven.apache.org/guides/getting-started/index.html#What_is_a_SNAPSHOT_version
to
https://maven.apache.org/guides/getting-started/index.html#what-is-a-snapshot-version

Where can I report it ? Or create a PR to fix it ?

But also on the linked to page the table of contents has the wrong links.
