Updating build.gradle.kts to Kotlin-DSL 1.1.0

Is it possible to update build.gradle.kts to Kotlin-DSL 1.1.0? If so, any hint is appreciated how to do it.

The Gradle Kotlin DSL is shipped with Gradle. To upgrade to the Kotlin DSL 1.1.0 you need to upgrade to Gradle 5.1 that ships with it.
