Update the "Tooling" page

Somebody should update the “Tooling” page at http://www.gradle.org/tooling It’s a little stale. The Gradle plugin for NetBeans is on version 1.2.2 and is quite usable: http://plugins.netbeans.org/plugin/44510/gradle-support
