Setup Dev Environment

I am trying to setup a Buildship Development Environment as described in https://github.com/eclipse/buildship/blob/master/docs/development/Setup.md. Unfortunately, it is failing with the following message
"No repository found at http://download.eclipse.org/buildship/orbit-staging/latest."

Any hints what is triggering this error?

The problem was on our side, thank you for reporting it. I’ve updated the Oomph setup model. Please check if it works for you now.
