Root project configuration takes too long on Mac

On windows, the root project’s configuration takes 0.169s, and on mac that same step takes 35.111s. Other than being on a mac, the configuration is essentially the same (parallel, same number of workers, same settings, etc…).

Are there any known issues that would cause something like this?

You’re probably affected by this MacOS Sierra problem. This affects any tool trying to get the localhost address. I’m surprised this hasn’t been patched by now.
