Publish plugin in plugins.gradle.org but still 404

Hi

Sometime when I publish a plugin I can see it under https://plugins.gradle.org/m2
but if I click on any of the files, like the pom file then I am re-directed to Jcenter and there the file is missing.

E.g.
https://plugins.gradle.org/m2/se/solrike/otsswinfo/ots-sw-info-gradle-plugin/1.0.0-beta.10/ots-sw-info-gradle-plugin-1.0.0-beta.10.pom

Is there some lag in propagating the files or I am missing something?
