Ivy descriptor XML

Hello,

I am trying to publish an artifact via Jenkins using the artifactory plugin. While publishing, Jenkins modifies configuration descriptor in XML to “runtime”. I want to Jenkins to ignore that.

How can I achieve that ?

Basically, I want to generate ivy.xml without configuration and dependencies.
