Increasing payload size in enterprise

Hello.

Whenever I try to post a full scan in my instance. I see the publishing action successful

BUILD SUCCESSFUL in 30m 34s
1522 actionable tasks: 1419 executed, 103 up-to-date

Publishing build scan…
https://xxx.xxx.xxx.com:8443/s/3vtrm5mgxtptm

However, opening the link gets to an error page, looking at the log I see this message:

Data payload of size 19513302 exceeds max allowed size of 5242880

How do I increase the size ? is there a config mounted in host ? it seems now everything is running in containers.
