Include Bintray version release notes in Gradle plugin portal

It would be nice if the Gradle plugin portal could display the release notes for a version as configured in Bintray. This would require an addition to the BinTray API to expose this information as well.

I’ve submitted a request to BinTray to add this API.

Is this different to the version description? That’s what we currently use.

Yeah, it’s a section that you can configure to read data directly from a file or using the GitHub Releases. Version description should be fine for now, but I did submit a request to BinTray to add API access to this data and they said they put it on their roadmap.
