In the sample code for 3.3 tasks help task not showing hello

in the sample the tasks command won’t show hello or intro without using tasks --all

tasks task still says this in description
tasks - Displays the tasks runnable from root project ‘intro’.

Is this a bug?

The default behavior of the tasks report has been changed in 3.3. Please see the release notes for more information.
