Do someone knows when 2.3 or 2.4 coming and the short time roadmap for these releases?

Do someone knows any roadmap when the next Gradle release will be and if that release will be 2.3 or 2.4?

Are there any major refactoring or new cool features in coming release (there have been almost 2 month since last release and many 2.3 snapshots and even 2.4 snapshot builds)?
