Classpath snapshotting not working for icu4j in gradle 3.5

I see the exact same issue as Could not calculate the signature for Jar file icu4j when running with Gradle 3.5 GA on a multi project build.

Is there a way to fix this without nay major udpates to the build.gradle files?

Can you please provide more information what issue you are seeing. Is the build failing? If so, what’s the error message?
