There is no import operation for gradle.
If you uninstall eclipse and install to home directory, then install marketplace the import menu works.

seems that the Eclipse installation with dnf is somehow different than normal, I’m not familiar with Fedora or dnf unfortunately.
Could you check if you can install other plugins, like EclEmma, from the Marketplace? That would give us a better idea if this is a Buildship or an Eclipse or Fedora issue.
