Buildship 2.2 milestone is now available

The first Buildship 2.2 milestone build is now available. It includes runtime classpath separation, basic editor support and other useful features and bugfixes. Please give it a try and send us your feedback here or on the Buildship issue tracker.

Installation

You can install this milestone from the eclipse.org update sites.

Update: We have published a second milestone which adds support for running Buildship on Java 9.

Update: We published a third milestone which introduces a new preference option to automatically execute Gradle project synchronization when the build script changes.

I am getting the following error when attempting to update Buildship to 2.2 inside eclipse 4.7.

Any suggestions on what I am missing?

You’ve probably hit this bug: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=519931. It seems that it’s a general problem with Eclipse’s update mechanism.
