A plugin version is mistakenly identified as already published

I cannot publish the io.spine.tools.gradle.bootstrap version 1.0.3 because the plugin server tells the version already exists.

On the plugin page, though, it’s not present, so there is no way to delete it manually.

Could I get any help on this?

I am getting a similar error:

    Server responded with:
