I was going to experiment trying to write a plugin using the new model and noticed there is no GroovyLanguagePlugin. (ScalaLanguagePlugin is there already). Is this currently under development?
Interestingly enough ScalaLanuagePlugin predates JavaLanguagePlugin. It (along with native support) was one of the first plugins to be built on the software model. There is not timeline on when Groovy support for the software model is coming. Fleshing out Java support is first on the list. This includes improving toolchain support.
