Shut down the mailing list?
I’m so emeshed in the Apache Way (everythings on an email list) that I didn’t realize that support is through the forums. Because of that, I probably added an issue prematurely … I would have preferred to see a discussion first, to ensure I was really encountering a bug.
The user mailing list should, perhaps:
- simply be shutdown - or: auto-reply a link directing users to use the forum system instead - or: interoperate magically with the forum system
