Going from this thread, it looks like the standard is to ping a Core Dev for help?

I accidentally published https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/oe.espresso.latte.latte with the wrong user. I unpublished it but now I canā€™t publish it with the right user (this account).

Is the plugin name just taken forever?
