Please remove this plugin: xebialabs.dependency

Hello,

we published a plugin for testing purposes at https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/xebialabs.dependency, but we prefer to rename this plugin to “com.xebialabs.dependency”. And now we need to remove the old plugin and all releases of “xebialabs.dependency” because it may get confused with our actual release.
