Jigsaw b136 gradle problem

Hi from te Groovy team again,

this is with gradle 3.0 and jdk9 jigsaw b136:

I did not have this problem in b134, but the error message fits in the picture for me, so I assume they fixed a bug hereā€¦ unless gradle is doing something with modules to get extended permissions already
