I’m searching for open source projects which are using Gradle for C/C++ builds for examples. Currently, the push is for Bazel because the Gradle C/C++ project does not seem to be gaining acceptance. I am taking the May 15-16, 2018’s “Introduction to Gradle” class where I was hoping to hear something positive about the C/C++ project. Even the instructor stated that C/C++ is incubating and could change at any time. Therefore, he did not want to spend a lot of time on the native code topic. The instructor’s recommendation was post my questions and concerns to the forum.
After almost 3 months with no response, I’m starting to think Gradle’s C/C++ project is dead.
