Incomplete plugins.gradle.org/m2/org/springframework path

Hi,
From today I have a problem with downloading plugins from the path https://plugins.gradle.org/m2/org/springframework/…
Looking at the path, you will see that all folders eg. cloud or security are missing. Only boot folder is accessible.

Is this an issue in plugin portal ?
