It would be great to have a section where all upcoming public Gradle activities can be posted by members of the community and gradleware. For example, JUG talks, conference talks, hackergarten projects, etc.
Visualized as a list, maybe optionally also as a calendar.
My idea would be to use Lanyrd for this.

There is only one problem. A conference can have only 7 topics. So I don’t see a way yet that for example SpringOne 2011 shows up in the above view, as the 7 topics are already taken.
I have contacted lanyrd support. Otherwise I think Lanyrd would be a very good solution for this.
BTW: You might add the Workshop-Tage to give it a try. You can use your twitter account for signing up.
