Please never anywhere share screenshots of text if you only want to share the text and not something additional like colors or IDE annotations. Text in images is hard to read, especially on mobile, very hard to copy, and nearly impossible to search for. Also if you properly share a build --scan URL or at least properly copy the error text you do not as easily cut and leave out important information like you just did.
Regarding the error, it is hard to tell as you just provide a cripled excerpt, but you most probably run Gradle with a Java version that it does not support running on. See Compatibility Matrix for a compatibility list.
