It seems possible that this is another instance of the publish-plugin bug called out in Plugin Portal problem?
Could you please confirm whether this appears to be the same problem, and if so, remove version 0.9.1 so that I can re-publish with a later version of the publish plugin?

It looks like you removed version 0.9.1 of https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/com.commercehub.gradle.plugin.avro. Could you please also remove it for https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/com.commercehub.gradle.plugin.avro-base ? They’re published together.
