FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

   > Could not find org.codehaus.groovy:groovy:?.?.??.
     Searched in the following locations:

I fix it by change my windows display language from arabic to english .
but i am getting this issue again if you change the language back to Arabic
how fix that problem i hope to help me

Sounds to me like a bug.
I’d recommend you knit an MCVE and either show it here first, or report an issue for Gradle about it.
