Buildship 3.1.5 can be installed from the Eclipse Marketplace or by using the usual update sites.

I tried to update Buildship on my Eclipse 2020-09 using an update site. The page at GitHub is missing the links to 2020-09 update sites. But even if I try to deduce the correct link:
https://download.eclipse.org/buildship/updates/e417/releases/3.x
an error is returned because this update site does not exist.

The latest eclipse version we generated a release version for is 4.16. It’s 100% compatible with Eclipse 4.17 though. With the more frequent Eclipse releases, I’m considering just using the https://download.eclipse.org/buildship/updates/latest/ URL everywhere consistently.
