Which category should I use to introduce a plugin and ask for feedback

Hi, I wanted to ask people to checkout a plugin of mine, but I’m not sure which would be the appropriate place for that.
Should I write a external blog/readme and post it under News/Article or should I just write it the Discussion/Help part?
