Unable to get mutable Windows environment variable map?

Hey, I’ve been having issues trying to run Gradle like so:

I’m trying to build a Minecraft forge project, am I at the right place?

And does anyone know how to fix this? I’ve scoured the web for answers but I keep coming up empty-handed.

Path list (for system only) includes C:/Gradle/bin
GRADLE_HOME (for system only) includes C:/Gradle

Fixed, one of the gradlew files were damaged.
