Status of new native plugins

Hi,

This is my first post to this forum so my apologies if this is the wrong channel.

I’m curious to the status of the new native plugins, in particular cpp-application, cpp-library and cpp-unit-tests. The last post I saw on this was Support for native projects back in June 2018. The developer states that the new plugins are not ready as a complete replacement for the old and that the only “documentation” is from the examples. From what I can tell, looking at the native’s blog site, it doesn’t seem much has changed.

Could someone let me know the status of this project?

The new native plugins are usable for a lot of use cases, see the most recent blog post on the subject. Try it and let us know of any issue you are facing.
