Is the Gradle Plugin Portal setup so that users can easily download source for plugins hosted on it?
If so, how can I setup IntelliJ IDEA 2019.2.1 to download them for debugging Gradle builds?
Right now, I can’t see code from classes from plugins from the portal in the debugger.
