Plugin Approval Pending

Hello,

I’ve submitted plugin https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/ch.grigala.wsdl2java and it indicates that the approval is pending. How long does it usually take to have a plugin approved?

Is it really a manual process? Can anybody help?
