Pending Approval on new plugin

Hi,

What additional steps are required to get a new plugin project approved? The status shows ‘Pending Approval’, the plugin URL is https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/com.carepay.sonar-qualitygate

Are there other options available to distribute a plugin, e.g. via Maven Central? Since it’s not clear how long it will take for the plugin to become available on plugins.gradle.org ?!?
