As far as I see, there is no way to remove an entry from MapProperty (or ListProperty).
If this is the intended behavior, how can you cope with situations, where some Plugin defines default values for a map and you want to remove just some of them? I know, I could work around this by copying all but the unwanted values but this seems not right.
