How to configure HTTP connection when publishing artifact on Maven repository?

I have trouble publishing artifacts to a private Nexus.

I would like to control HTTP connection settings:

  • Connection timeout
  • Request timeout
  • Retry policy

I would like also to log all HTTP requests to get more insight on the issue.

How can I do that? Is there any piece of documentation on this?

I have already found out the task timeout settings but that does not help.

No :). Still waiting for some help from Gradle team/expert for this :). I would like some official way of doing not some weird hack which works only for Gradle X.X.X.
