Help installing minecraft modding for pc

Hi - we are new to minecraft for the pc and we have been downloading mods via eclipse as shown in a you tube video Minecraft Modding Tutorial 1.16 | 1.0 - Setup but I have got an error - see below - does anyone know how to help? Cheers
