I’m getting a drupal error visiting the gradleware.com website –

PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1129] Host ‘10.145.227.123’ is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with ‘mysqladmin flush-hosts’ in lock_may_be_available() (line 167 of /usr/share/drupal7/includes/lock.inc).
