When gradle artifactory plugin is used, is it having a setting/preference to publish to artifactory - the pom file first then the jar/artifact? Is there a way to change this order? Thanks

I’m not aware of a way to customize the upload order.

Thanks for reply. So is it always (by default) the case that the pom file gets uploaded first or is it actually not always the case?
