Gradle 6.8-rc-3 is now available for testing

The Gradle team is excited to announce Gradle 6.8-rc-3.

This fixes regressions reported against 6.8-rc-1 and earlier.

Tested with our elasticsearch build and seems to work fine with the issue fixed that I reported on rc1
