Exclude Dependency

Hello i want to Exclude a Dependency
What i have http://imgur.com/mHSzrnb
And if i build the jar i want to exclude the Dependency "org.spigot:spigotmc:1.0"
Right now it compiles all the jars
Sry but im new to Gradle
