from past one week we are seeing the below issue from actions runners self hosted.
Downloading https://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-8.10.2-bin.zip
Exception in thread “main” java.io.IOException: Downloading from https://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-8.10.2-bin.zip failed: timeout
no change in our network configuration , any suggestions ?
