Change in behaviour for GroovyDoc?

When running groovydic task with Gradle 2.14 I get a message Trying to override old definition of task fileScanner.

ANyone have an idea where this is coming from?

Confirming the same behaviour on Gradle 3.1. Also don’t know where it’s coming from.
