    testImplementation("org.junit.jupiter:junit-jupiter:5.11.4")

this above one fine till version 5.11.4.. beyond that one needs to speifify the specific runtime jars to overcome class conflict issues in this case it should made as

 testImplementation("org.junit.jupiter:junit-jupiter:6.0.0-M1")
 testRuntimeOnly("org.junit.platform:junit-platform-launcher")
