Android Studio gradle build failed : Could not resolve all files for configuration ':app:debugRuntimeClasspath

I am facing this problem for two days and cant solve it. tried all available solutions but no luck, I hope here I find some solution. I am facing this gradle failed problem in my multi module android studio - kotlin project.

Caused by: org.gradle.api.internal.artifacts.ivyservice.DefaultLenientConfiguration$ArtifactResolveException: Could not resolve all files for configuration ':app:debugRuntimeClasspath'.

Caused by: org.gradle.internal.resolve.ModuleVersionNotFoundException: Could not find com.google.android:flexbox:1.1.1.

Caused by: org.gradle.api.internal.artifacts.ivyservice.DefaultLenientConfiguration$ArtifactResolveException: Could not resolve all files for configuration ':app:debugRuntimeClasspath'.

Caused by: org.gradle.api.internal.artifacts.ivyservice.DefaultLenientConfiguration$ArtifactResolveException: Could not resolve all files for configuration ':authentication:debugCompileClasspath'.

Caused by: org.gradle.internal.resolve.ModuleVersionNotFoundException: Could not find com.google.android:flexbox:1.1.1.

The error message also tells you in which repository it searched for the dependency.
The repository where it is available is most likely not part of that list.

Maybe HTTP Proxy Or Device Manager which running device not Cold Boot Now
