# Sonar plugin with mixed Java/Scala project

Will the Gradle SONAR plugin work for projects with a mix of Java and Scala code?

Sonar only supports one language per project, so you’ll have to make a call. From what I understand, analyzing separate languages for separate subprojects doesn’t currently work either (see [http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/SONAR-2602](http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/SONAR-2602)), but I may be wrong on this.
