Publishing key failed to be generated

I have created a gradle plugins portal account with my github account, and I get the following error when trying to create keys:

Publishing key failed to be generated: Cannot generate a publishing key for this no-reply email address ‘2173255+sttamper@users.noreply.github.com’. Contact us to update your email.

And why don’t you do what the message suggests, contacting them?
