Plugins get-help form 255 character limit is not practical

I need to make a non-public Plugins help request e.g. API Keys maintenance etc… I don’t see how I can fit it into the 255 character limit imposed by this form. It feels like I need to tweet it across multiple form requests and try and link them together.

Any chance that 255 character limit could be increased? Seems a bit short/strict.

Failing that, is there a secure address I can email requests to?

Bumping this up - is there any way to get the help form improved? Or will it always be limited to 255 characters? Is there another secure contact point for help?
